Growth Plan Resources
See the systems, strategies, and examples behind your personalized 90-Day Growth Plan.
A written 90-day plan for your business, built from the answers you confirm. It runs in three phases: Foundation (Days 1 to 30), Deployment (Days 31 to 60), and Optimization and ownership (Days 61 to 90).
Each line is one of four kinds of statement, never mixed: work Anu would build or review, tests that run only with a budget you approve, the measures we would track, and possible outcomes written as possibilities. Actual results stay empty until work begins.
After a short welcome from Nick, you see a recap of what we learned on your Discovery Call. Each item is marked as from the call, from our records, or not yet known, and you confirm or correct it.
Six short steps follow: business, production, marketing, systems, goals and readiness. Anything already confirmed is not asked again, and answers save as you go. Plan on about ten minutes.
Only answers you confirm shape the plan. A prefilled answer you did not confirm is never used.
Fixed rules turn your confirmed answers into the plan's structure: which systems come first, the week-by-week work, owners and measures. Some wording may be drafted with AI help, but it cannot change that structure.
An automatic check then looks for numbers you did not give us, promised results, pricing language and anything that should stay internal. A plan that fails the check goes to Nick, not to you.
Your plan page shows where things stand: assessment submitted, plan preparation, personal review by Nick, plan ready and locked, then the walkthrough. It never says ready before it is.
Nick reviews every plan personally before it is marked ready. Baselines are your own figures, or "Not tracked yet" when you do not have one. A target appears only where you stated a goal in your own words.
The plan stays locked until your meeting. Nick unlocks it with you, walks through what he would do first, and changes anything that does not fit your business.
If the plan looks like a fit, you can talk through scope and investment. There is nothing to sign and no decision to make before or during the walkthrough.
Days 1 to 30 usually start with a read-only audit of the CRM you already use, a consent and suppression review, a baseline report and segmentation of your contacts.
Days 31 to 60 are where systems are set up: for example the AI CRM Manager inside your CRM, follow-up and task rules, lead routing and appointment tracking, and, when they apply to you, Community Updates, seller workflows or a measured test with a spending cap you approve.
Days 61 to 90 are for refining what is working, written procedures for every workflow, training, and a handoff with every login, workflow and report in your name. The last step is a plan for the next 90 days based on what was measured.
Which of these appear in your plan depends on your confirmed answers. Each card is honest about what a system does and where it stops.
An assistant that works inside the CRM you already use to keep your pipeline organized.
When it is in a plan: In every plan, set up inside your existing CRM. No migration and no replacement.
Structured, permission-checked outreach to past clients, sphere and older leads you already have.
When it is in a plan: When you have a meaningful database (500 or more contacts, or referral and sphere sources) or said the database is not being worked.
A recurring, sourced neighborhood report published as a web page and shared with people who asked for it.
When it is in a plan: When you are focused on sellers or listings, or have a database to share it with.
Routing, dated tasks and a written cadence so every new inquiry has an owner and a next step.
When it is in a plan: Follow-up infrastructure is in every plan. It moves to the top when follow-up is your main bottleneck.
Recurring transaction admin turned into checklists, dated reminders and summaries inside your CRM.
When it is in a plan: Within admin reduction, when you said administrative work is a bottleneck or you want less manual work.
Seller workflows, a landing page and, only with a budget you approve, a measured advertising test.
When it is in a plan: When your goal is more seller appointments or listings. Paid tests only when you advertise or have a budget.
Connecting forms, ad leads, calendars and AI tools to the CRM you already use, then testing the whole chain.
When it is in a plan: In every plan, starting with a read-only audit of your current setup.
A baseline, a weekly scorecard and clear sources for every number, including the work Anu does.
When it is in a plan: In every plan. It moves up when reporting is your main bottleneck.
A Community Update is a neighborhood page an agent publishes for one area and shares with homeowners who asked to receive it. A typical edition includes:
Six short exercises for follow-up, your database, seller opportunities, advertising math, daily CRM work and choosing a partner. No sign-up, and your answers stay in your browser.
Audit ten recent inquiries and find the conversations with no owner or no dated next step.

Only material we are cleared to share appears here. Anything still waiting on a client's approval is shown as an empty slot, not as proof.
No, not if you already use a suitable CRM. The plan starts with a read-only audit of the CRM you have, and nothing is migrated or replaced.
If you use a spreadsheet or no CRM, the plan starts by setting one up in HighLevel. If you use a less common CRM, whether it stays is a Day 30 decision made after the audit, not an assumption.
Yes. Follow Up Boss is one of the CRMs the plan works inside, including the AI CRM Manager. How it connects (a CSV export, an official connector or the API) depends on your account's access, and that is confirmed during the audit.
Yes. HighLevel is supported as your existing CRM, and it is also what Anu sets up when you do not have a CRM yet.
Yes, and they are usually the starting point. Before anyone is contacted, there is a consent and suppression review, so people who opted out or never agreed to hear from you are excluded.
Outreach starts with one consented segment, and the next segments are chosen from real reply and opt-out rates.
It is an assistant that works with the data in your CRM. It can rank who to contact today, draft follow-up tasks and notes, summarize long conversations and flag opportunities that went quiet.
It drafts and suggests. A person approves anything that goes to a client or lead, access keys are read-only where possible, and you decide what data it can see.
It stays yours, in your CRM. The work starts with a backup, then cleanup (duplicates and missing fields) and segmentation into groups such as past clients, sphere and older leads.
At the end of the 90 days, every login, workflow and report is in your name.
No. A paid test is planned only if you already advertise or have a marketing budget. Each test has a written hypothesis, a spending cap you approve and a stop rule.
Without a budget, the plan focuses on your database, follow-up, Community Updates and seller workflows, with no ad spend at all.
Costs paid to other companies are separate. Depending on your plan, that can include ad spend paid directly to the ad platform, your CRM subscription, texting and email sending fees, AI tool subscriptions and any connector services.
Nick goes through which of these apply to you in the walkthrough, before any decision.
Yes. Message templates are approved by you before they are used, and the AI CRM Manager only drafts: a person approves anything client-facing.
Messages go only to contacts with appropriate consent, and opt-outs are honored. Texting is not turned on until consent, registration and compliance are in place.
In the final weeks you get written procedures for every workflow, training for you or your team, and a handoff with every login, workflow and report in your name.
The last step is a plan for the next 90 days, based on what was measured against your baseline. Whether you continue with Anu after that is a separate decision.

The checklist is for you only. Ticking a box saves nothing and sends nothing.
