What this covers
This page covers anuagency.co and the pages under it. It describes what actually happens on this site. Our other pages (such as info.anuagency.co and voice.anuagency.co) have their own privacy notes where they differ.
Information you give us
We collect what you type into a form on this site, and nothing else by name:
See It Live (Growth Plan builder): your first name, phone number and email, and your answers about your business (what is holding growth back, your production over the last 12 months, where your opportunities come from, your 90-day goal, the support window you prefer and your timing).
Discovery Call form: the answers to its questions.
Booking calendar: your name, email, phone number, the time you pick and your time zone.
How we use it
To prepare and hold your call, send confirmations and reminders, follow up about the call, and, if you are earlier in your business than our Growth Plan is built for, to keep you informed as you grow. Your answers go into Anu Agency's CRM so the person you speak with already has them.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for anything unrelated to talking with you about working together.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may call or text you about your request, your booking and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile number or your text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count what happens on the site in aggregate: page views, clicks on buttons, and steps completed in the Growth Plan builder. Google sets its own cookies and receives your IP address and general device information. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google.
Storage in your browser
The Growth Plan builder keeps your answers in your browser's session storage while you use it, so they are not lost if you move between steps. It stays on your device and clears when you close the tab.
Who else is involved
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector hosts our CRM and the booking calendar. Google Analytics provides the aggregate measurement above. Vercel hosts the site and keeps standard request logs. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. We share your information only with these providers, who run the site and the CRM for us.
How long we keep it
Details you give us stay in our CRM as part of our business records unless you ask us to delete them. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings for our property.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email nick@anuagency.info or call 216-532-5108 and we will do it. You can also block or clear cookies and site storage in your browser.
Changes
If we change how any of this works, we will update this page and the date at the top.
